What's the deal?

I've had many lost souls enter my space in the last few weeks. They keep showing up everyday for what appears to be an energy boost. Not having a shingle out makes this position somewhat awkward for me, because of the look in their eyes. Yearning for the answers to make themselves feel better. One woman told me that she thinks I should wear sunglasses to make her feel more comfortable when talking with her. When I asked why, she said that the way that I look into her eyes makes her feel like I can see into her soul. Wow. Never quite thought of it that way but hey...I always knew that I had a little something special when it came to experiencing or reading a soul. There's alot of sadness and confusion out there. People are seeking  things that they can't quite put a finger on. Yes, the shift is happening but people still make being in the moment more complicated than it really is. Somehow the simplicity of just being is foreign to some of the souls that have graced my path so I keep it simple and suggest an area where they can see immediate results.

Try Clearing out the Clutter
It's a known fact that clutter  can cause negative effects. When we have to much stuff stacked, stashed or hidden away in the our homes we experience a stagnant energy. Many of us could describe it as a lack of focus or clarity that can bring out feelings of being "stuck" in a job or "stuck" creatively, spiritually or romantically. To simplifiy, clutter causes  confusion and stress.
Packrats can attest to the reality of feeling like they never have sufficient time for themselves or their families. Try clearing out thoses areas and see how fast you can decrease stress, irritability and depression.

Once you've cleared the clutter move on to the next thing:) Even if you don't know what it is.
Cheers.

Clearing the clutter...

I'm not an expert but I know that all of that stuff you have hidden in cupboards, closets and basements keeps you in the state you're in...

Now may be a good time to focus and prioritize. Write down your clutter-free dream and work on the one area that will provide you with the most satisfaction to move forward.

Before you take the plunge and get started with your spring cleaning project, you first need to create an action plan. Take a few minutes to take a realistic view of your clutter.

Here are a few simple steps that continue to help me believe that my life is somewhat organized.

  • Write down your largest organizational nightmare & start there.
  • Create a clutter-free dream and write it down, something like....I would love to see my countertops or dining room table.
  • Gather 4 large boxes. Label each one as a sell, donate, throw and treasures.
  • Set a timer for 60 minutes and don't stop until the buzzer goes off.
  • Only touch each object once while distributing it into the proper box. Don't become attached to it once it has left your fingertips. Your first impression is always the best one.
  • Finish clearing the area you have chosen and get out the cleaning supplies. Move the sell, donate and throw boxes into the next area you plan on conquering, if they're not already full.
  • Finish cleaning the designated area.
  • File, fold or hang any treasures that can be immediately be put away.
  • Step back and relish a job well done or at least until the kids come home.
  • Take a break or better yet get outside and go for a walk.

CREATE A LIFE COLLAGE

Posted on May 28th, 2008 by Sugar : Catalyst Sugar
Awesome
Help your spirit see the path to your dreams, while you're sleeping.
Just cut, tear or paste photos, magazines, old greeting cards, ribbons, trinkets and catalogs. Arrange your images and words on paper, cardboard or wood. Add color, special glazes, trinkets and special effects.
Let the photo collage dry and display bedside.

It's a really great way to explain what you're thinking.
You should be curious...it will astound you.
Dreaming is good.
